A widget that implements a disclosure panel with an expandable/collapsible child.

The CDKUtilDisclosure widget consists of a title and a child widget that can be expanded or collapsed based on user interaction. It utilizes a disclosure button provided by CDKButtonDisclosure to toggle the visibility of the child content.

Parameters:

• title: The widget to be displayed as the title of the disclosure panel.
